- Integrative Somatic Massage: Customized 30, 75, 90, or 120-minute targeted table sessions built around strict clinical pacing and autonomic down-regulation.
- Trauma-Informed Somatic Movement: Small-group movement tracks capped at 6 participants max, offering both fully non-verbal and verbal/submersion sessions.
